Recipe: Spicy Summer Stir Fry

Ingredients:

 

Directions:

  1. Cook barley or other grain to serve with stir fry according to normal methods
  2. Peel and chop kohlrabi, peel and mince ginger, chop other veggies
  3. Heat olive oil in pan on medium high
  4. Add squash and zucchini and cook two minutes
  5. Add red onion and kohlrabi
  6. Add chili powder to taste, and add salt and pepper
  7. Add small amount of minced ginger (it’s strong!) and sugar snap peas
  8. Cook 2-4 more minutes or until squash reaches desired softness
  9. Serve over grains
