Meet the Chef + Bartender!

Mia Orino, Kamayan ATL

Mia Orino from Kamayan

Farm Fondo’s head chef will be Mia Orino, chef and co-owner of the renowned Filipino restaurant Kamayan, and a 2026 Lady Locavores winner! Mia is a self-taught cook passionate about sharing the traditional and regional Filipino cuisine her mother passed down to her. Expect a communal eating experience with dynamic and balanced flavors that will delight your palate!

Mia is not only a talented, decorated chef, but also deeply invested in her local community.  By working with local farmers, including those from Global Growers, Kamayan reduces food waste and supports local growers by preparing 120-300 hot meals weekly for distribution to various nonprofits.

Petals Bradley, Woodland Wellness

Farm Fondo’s head bartender, Sarah Bradley, lovingly known as Petals, is guided by her conviction that food is medicine. Petals is a double-certified Holistic Practitioner, permaculturist, farmer, and a previous winner of the Lady Locavores award.

As the heart and hands behind Woodland Wellness Farm Apothecary, Petals crafts every beverage offering with deep intention, traditional wisdom, and a reverence for the land. For Petals, locally sourced isn’t a trend; it’s a devotion. You can expect her tonics and elixirs to be not only tasty and refreshing, but also good for your body, mind, and soul. Visit her brick-and-mortar! Special thanks to Cathead Distillery for their sponsorship!
