Demonstrated at the Grant Park Farmers Market on June 5, 2016

Ingredients:

• Squash blossoms from Crack in the Sidewalk Farmlet
• Purple basil from Freewheel Farm
• Pecan curry cilantro from Nuts for Pâté

Directions:

1. Open squash blossoms length-wise to form a boat.
2. Place a purple basil leaf inside the boat.
3. Spoon about 1 tsp nut pate onto basil leaf.
