Recipe: Cucumber Zucchini Gazpacho

Ingredients:

 

Directions:

  1. Peel zucchini and cucumber and add them in equal parts in food processor
  2. Add chopped garlic and white onion to taste
  3. Add handful of basil
  4. Blend in food processor.add water to thin out
  5. Salt and pepper to taste
  6. Add a little lemon juice
  7. Bowl with a dollop of yogurt and a basil leaf
