Recipe: Red Veggie Toss with Walnut Cumin Pate

Ingredients
Directions
  1. Slice cherry tomatoes in half and place in large bowl
  2. Chop okra and peppers to desired size and add to bowl
  3. Add nut pate into bowl and mix
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Add lime juice to taste
  6. Serve alone, on top of grains, over pasta, in a sandwich or wrap, or as a salsa/dip
