Demonstrated at the East Atlanta Village Farmers Market on June 2, 2016
Ingredients:
- Cucumbers from Jody’s Farms
- Onions from Scharko Farms
- Zucchini and wild onion from Crack in the Sidewalk Farmlet
- Basil from Freewheel Farm
- Carrot spelt bread from La Calavera Bakery
Directions:
- Peel zucchini and cucumber and add them in equal parts in food processor
- Add chopped garlic and white onion to taste
- Add handful of basil
- Blend in food processor.add water to thin out
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Add a little lemon juice
- Bowl with a dollop of yogurt and a basil leaf
