Recipe: Asian Stirfry with Quinoa

Demonstrated at the East Atlanta Village Farmers Market on Thursday, May 5, 2016



  1. Prepare quinoa.
  2. Saute onions in sesame seed oil until translucent.
  3. Dice and add turnips.
  4. Saute turnips until tender.
  5. Add chopped mustard greens. Cook until wilted.
  6. Season with soy sauce, lime juice, black pepper, cardamom, and coriander to taste.
  7. Toss with quinoa and garnish with cilantro.
