Demonstrated at the Grant Park Farmers Market on July 3, 2016
- Sugar Baby watermelon from Rag & Frass Farm
- Blackberries from Fitzgerald Fruit Farms
- White Lady peaches from Pearson Farm
- Balsamic vinaigrette
- Clean all fruit.
- Cut watermelon into squares and deseed.
- Cut peaches into small pieces.
- Add all ingredients to bowl.
- Drizzle with red wine vinaigrette.
