Sesame Kholrabi Carrot Slaw on Kholrabi Chip

Ingredients
  •  Market:
    • 2 Kholrabi from Crack in the Sidewalk Farmlet ($6.00)
    • 1 brunch carrots from Mayflor Farm ($4.00)
    • Mint from Mayflor Farm ($3.00)
    • Summer Squash from Mena’s Farm ($3.00)
  • Pantry:
    • Sesame seeds
    • 1 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar
    • Shredded Ginger
    • Juice of 2 Limes

 Directions
  1. Using a grater, grate Kholrabi, carrots and half squash and combine in a bowl. Save 1 Kholrabi for “chips”.
  2. Then add sesame seeds and the dressing. Mix all the pantry items together.
  3. Use as a slaw, or shave the hard skin.
  4. Then slice into thin chips and use as a cracker and top with the Asian slaw.
  5. Use the chips to dip into guacamole, hummus, or any of your favorite treats.
