Melon Salad

Demonstrated at Grant Park Farmers Market on July 23, 2017



1. Add Cube melons and diced cucumbers to bowl

2. Combine with salt, vinegar, basil leaves, feta and pumpkin seeds.

3. Add juice from lemon
