Demonstrated at Grant Park Farmers Market on July 23, 2017
- 1 sm Baby Watermelon – Rag and Frass Farm
- 1 sm Canary Melon – Rag and Frass Farm
- 1 lg Asian Cucumber – Mayflor Farm
- 1 bunch Lemon Basil – Freewheel Farm
- 1 cup Feta cheese – Formaggio
- 1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp salt
1. Add Cube melons and diced cucumbers to bowl
2. Combine with salt, vinegar, basil leaves, feta and pumpkin seeds.
3. Add juice from lemon
