Ingredients:
Vegetables
- Fennel from Cosmos Organics – $2
- Kohlrabi from Jody’s Farm – $1/lb
- Carrots from Jody’s Farm – $4
- Radishes from Crack in the Sidewalk – $3
Dressing
- Duke’s Mayonnaise (or vegan mayonnaise)
- Honey
- Juice of half of a Lemon
- Splash of Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Matchstick cut all vegetables or shred in food processor.
- Create dressing by combining the ingredients above.
- Mix the vegetables with the dressing. Refrigerate an hour or overnight.
