Ingredients:
- Peaches from Pearson Farm – $7
- Spring Onions from Scharko Farm – $4
- Garlic from Crack in the Sidewalk – $4
- Cilantro from Jody’s Farm – $3
- Limes
- Cayenne
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Slice firm peaches. Grill peaches until lightly caramelized. Dice peaches.
- Chop cilantro. Add to bowl and mix.
- Add lime juice to taste. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cayenne pepper to taste.
Serve!
