Market Agua Fresca

Ingredients
  • Market:
    • Watermelon from Mealor Family Gardens ($1 / lb)
    • Strawberry Mint Kombucha from Golda Kombucha ($5 / cup)
    • Thai Basil from Snapfinger Farm ($2 / bunch)
  • Pantry:
    • Sugar
    • Water and Ice

 Directions
  1. Slice watermelon and strain out seeds/pulp. Pour juices into pitcher.
    2. Add whole cup of kombucha to pitcher.
    3. Add at least 1/2 cup of water. Add sugar to taste.
    4. Add a few sprigs of Thai basil into pitcher and mix.
    5. Top pitcher off with ice and serve cold.
