The CFM staff had the pleasure of driving up to visit Brasstown Beef of Ridgefield Farm in Brasstown, NC, right on top of the Georgia border. The farm prides itself on its pasture raised, vegetarian fed beef cattle without use of hormones or antibiotics. You can find them at our new market, Ponce City Farmers Market on the Beltline on Tuesdays from 4 to 8pm, starting May 3rd.
