Spicy Golden Pecan Milk

Demonstrated at East Atlanta Village Farmers Market on October 19, 2017

  • 4 cups PecanMilk Coop unsweetened Pecan Milk (or other dairy/non dairy milk)
  • 1 small cayenne pepper whole
  • 1/2 tbsp ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon
  • 1 tbsp date or maple syrup
  • fresh cracked black pepper

  1. In a medium sauce pan add all ingredients (cut top off cayenne or chop and remove seeds for less heat) and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower to a simmer over medium head and cook for five minutes. Serve warm
