YIELDS: 6 pops
ACTIVE TIME: 15 minutes
TOTAL TIME: Overnight plus 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups very ripe peaches
  • ¼  cups agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Halve and pit the peaches. Combine all of the ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth. Freeze the pops according to the instructions on your popsicle molds.
  2. If you don’t have popsicle molds, fill 6 small cups with the peach mixture and place them in the freezer. 1 hour later, insert popsicle sticks into mixture when it’s set but not completely frozen. Freeze overnight. Run warm water over the outside of the cups to remove the pop from the cups. Enjoy!
