Peach Ginger Turmeric Tea

Ingredients
  • Peaches from Pearson Farm ($5.00)
  • Ginger
  • Tumeric
  • Honey
  • Tumeric-Ginger Tea

 Directions
  1. Brew turmeric-ginger tea, adding extra sliced ginger and turmeric in the brewing process.
  2. Meanwhile, chop ripe peaches and cook with a little honey over medium heat, mashing the peaches as they cook.
  3. When the mixture is liquidy and bubbly, take it off the heat and force it through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
  4. Add the peach puree to the brewed, strained tea and sweeten with honey as desired.
