Ingredients:
- Toasted cumin
- Toasted coriander
- Salt
- Chat masala
- Lemon juice
- Squash (Little Fox Farm)
- Okra (Little Fox Farm)
- Cucumber (Little Fox Farm)
- Peppers (Little Fox Farm)
- Tomatoes (Little Fox Farm)
- Red onion
- Cilantro
- Oil
Directions:
- Heat a pan full of oil, at least a few inches deep.
- While the pan is heating, mix together cumin, coriander, salt, chat masala and cilantro.
- Julienne all the vegetables.
- When the oil is at 275 degrees, add the okra. Fry to golden brown, then drain on paper towels for a few minutes.
- Season the other vegetables with the spice mixture. Add lemon juice, then add okra. Serve immediately.
