Green Bean Salad with Vidalia Sweet Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- Market:
- Squash, Green Bell Peppers, Yard Long Beans from Global Growers ($13)
- Vidalia Onions from Local Lands ($2)
- Pantry:
- Sesame oil
- Tamari soy sauce
- Sunflower oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Date syrup
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Paprika powder
- Coriander powder
- Celery seed powder
- Black pepper
Directions
- Start off by finely chopping one vidalia onion and putting into a large bowl with 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons sunflower oil, 1 tablespoon date syrup, 2 teaspoons each garlic powder, onion powder, coriander powder, with 1 teaspoon each black pepper, paprika, and celery powder. Give it a good mix and set to the side.
- Chop 2 bundles of yard long beans (about 4 cups), 3 large green bell peppers, and 4 small tender yellow squash. In a large bowl combine combine all the chopped vegetables with the dressing and serve immediately or allow to marinate for an hour for a stronger flavor.
