Demonstrated at Grant Park Farmers Market on July 16, 2017
- Peach Ginger Panna Cotta – Handmade by Sweet Georgia Grains
- 5 figs per panna cotta serving – Rag and Frass Farms
- 1 sprig Tulsi (Holy Basil) – Mayflor Farms
- Spoon Panna Cotta into small bowl or ramekin and top with quartered figs and pinch of chopped tulsi.
