Salad Ingredients:
- Red Russian Kale from Cosmos Organics
- Baby Carrots from King of Crops
- Scarlet Turnips from Cosmos Organics
- Radishes from Cosmos Organics
- Fennel from Cosmos Organics
Dressing Ingredients:
- Feta Cheese from Caly Road Creamery, Formaggio
- Black Peppercorns
- Elderflower Syrup
- Champagne Vinegar
- Lemon Oil
- Olive Oil
Directions:
Uniformly slice the vegetables after rinsing, and then pour all dressing ingredients into a blender and pulse until mixed. Dress the salad lightly!
