Recipe: Spring Beans for People that Don’t Like Beans

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in medium skillet. For one quart of beans, use 1/4 cup of butter.
  2. Cook garlic in butter until translucent.
  3. Add the juice of half a lemon.
  4. Add salt to taste. 
  5. Cook beans until texture is to your taste. Some like their beans crunchy, some like them softer.
