Demonstrated at the East Atlanta Farmers Market on Thursday, April 21, 2016.
Ingredients:
- Arugula at Scharkos Farm ($4)
- Green Garlic ($4)
- Mustard Greens from Cosmos Organics ($3)
- Bread from La Calavera Bakery ($6)
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Lemon
- Honey
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in food processor. Add oil, lemon, salt and honey according to taste. Process into a dip consistency.
- Spread dip in bread.
- Serve.
