Spicy Golden Pecan Milk

Demonstrated at East Atlanta Village Farmers Market on October 19, 2017
Ingredients
- 4 cups PecanMilk Coop unsweetened Pecan Milk (or other dairy/non dairy milk)
- 1 small cayenne pepper whole
- 1/2 tbsp ground Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp clove
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cardamon
- 1 tbsp date or maple syrup
- fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
- In a medium sauce pan add all ingredients (cut top off cayenne or chop and remove seeds for less heat) and bring to a boil.
- Lower to a simmer over medium head and cook for five minutes. Serve warm
