Demonstrated at the Grant Park Farmers Market on Sunday, April 17th
Ingredients:
- La Pan from La Calavera
- Shunkyo Radishes from Crack in the Sidewalk
- Black Lotus Blossoms from Crack in the Sidewalk
- David’s Home Butter (butter, lemon zest, smoked salt, scallions)
Directions:
- Slice Bread.
- Premake butter with lemon zest, smoked salt, and sliced scallions.
- Thinly slice radishes.
- Pluck black lotus flowers from stem.
- Layer bread with butter, radish slice and black lotus blossom.
