Recipe: Radish Bread

Demonstrated at the Grant Park Farmers Market on Sunday, April 17th 

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice Bread.
  2. Premake butter with lemon zest, smoked salt, and sliced scallions.
  3. Thinly slice radishes.
  4. Pluck black lotus flowers from stem.
  5. Layer bread with butter, radish slice and black lotus blossom.
