Demonstrated at the Decatur Farmers Market on June 29, 2016
Ingredients:
- Mild pork sausage from Riverview Farms
- Blueberry jam and peach jam from Dragonfly Design Studios
- Your favorite biscuit dough
Directions:
- Using your favorite recipe, make small (1.5 inch) diameter biscuits. You can also use regular sized biscuits or toast.
- Form sausage into patties the same size as your biscuits.
- Heat skillet to medium and cook patties until done.
- Place on paper towel to drain.
- Spread jam on biscuit and top with sausage patty. Enjoy!
