Recipe: Mini sausage biscuits

Ingredients:

 

Directions:

  1. Using your favorite recipe, make small (1.5 inch) diameter biscuits. You can also use regular sized biscuits or toast.
  2. Form sausage into patties the same size as your biscuits.
  3. Heat skillet to medium and cook patties until done.
  4. Place on paper towel to drain.
  5. Spread jam on biscuit and top with sausage patty. Enjoy!
