Kombucha Strawberry Jello

Ingredients
  • Market:
    • 2 quarts strawberries from Watsonia ($14.00)
    • Lavender Lemonade Kombucha from Cultured South ($6.00)
  • Pantry items:
    • Water
    • Agar Agar Flakes
    • Sugar

 Directions
  1. In a medium sized saucepan combine water, kombucha, sugar, vinegar, and agar agar flakes or powder.
  2. Bring to a boil while whisking to mix ingredients thoroughly.
  3. After boiling for two minutes add chopped strawberries to the liquid mixture then pour into a glass bowl or small glass ramekins.
  4. Refrigerate 10 to 30 minutes to set then enjoy.
