Kombucha Strawberry Jello

Ingredients
- Market:
- 2 quarts strawberries from Watsonia ($14.00)
- Lavender Lemonade Kombucha from Cultured South ($6.00)
- Pantry items:
- Water
- Agar Agar Flakes
- Sugar
Directions
- In a medium sized saucepan combine water, kombucha, sugar, vinegar, and agar agar flakes or powder.
- Bring to a boil while whisking to mix ingredients thoroughly.
- After boiling for two minutes add chopped strawberries to the liquid mixture then pour into a glass bowl or small glass ramekins.
- Refrigerate 10 to 30 minutes to set then enjoy.
