Ingredients:
- Fingerling Potatoes
- Bacon Butter (Spotted Trotter)
- Spring Onion
- Chives
- Mustard Green Florets
- Breakfast Radish
- English Peas
Directions:
Slice potatoes in half, confit them in the bacon butter and add chopped spring onions, chives, mustard green florets, breakfast radishes and blanched english peas.
