Broccoli Rabe + Italian Sausage Ragout

Ingredients
- Market:
- “The Sauce” from Frik and Frak (free)
- Totsoi from Scharko ($6.00)
- Hot Italian sausage from Ernest Farms ($9.00)
- Bread from TGM ($6.00)
- Broccoli Rabe from Cosmos ($8.00)
- Onion from Scharko ($6.00)
- Pantry:
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Heat skillet over medium high heat, cook and break up the sausage.
- Add onion and sauté till translucent, then add chopped broccoli rabe and cook for 4-5 minutes till wilted and shiny.
- Add sauce and 1/2 cup water. Salt to taste.
- Throw in chopped totsoi and cook 2-3 minutes.
- Serve on sliced baguette or over pasta.
