Asparagus Pasta with Tomato and Banjo Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- Market:
- Fettuccine/Spaghetti from Rampasta
- “The Sauce” tomato sauce from Frik and Frak
- Citrus herb butter from Rampasta
- Asparagus from Jody’s Farm & Watsonia Farms
- Banjo cheese from Hobo Cheeses
- Pantry:
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Cook pasta in salted water for 1-2 minutes, or until pasta floats to top. Remove from heat and drain.
2. In a sauté pan, melt butter and add chopped asparagus. Cook 5 minutes/until desired tenderness.
3. Heat pasta sauce and pour over pasta.
4. Serve asparagus over pasta. Add cheese chunks or melt cheese into pasta after removing from heat.
