Oakhurst Farmers Market at Sceptre Brewing Arts is opening Saturday, May 30th. Support local farmers and makers in an open air environment from 9am-1pm. We match SNAP/EBT dollars with an equal amount of tokens for fruits and veggies. “We are so very excited to take root in a meaningful way with our new Oakhurst community,” says market manager Casey Hood.
Community Farmers Markets prioritizes the health, safety, and security of our community members, vendors, and staff. Hand-washing is mandatory for entering the market space, and we encourage one customer in each booth at a time, letting the vendor handle the products. You’ll find a wide market footprint with directed flow, spreading out vendors and creating space for customers to keep 6′ apart. Credit cards are preferred at check out. Finally, Community Farmers Markets asks that all customers wear masks and to please leave dogs at home in order to increase personal space. We appreciate everyone’s support and understanding in keeping our community as safe as possible.
