Earlier this year, a few of us at CFM got to visit Bamboo Juices in Palmetto. Bamboo sources organic ingredients to make cold pressed, nutrient-rich juices and almond milks in small batches. They source some local organic ingredients, too, particularly for their almond milk recipes. Each flavor of juice and almond milk is designed around the medicinal qualities of the ingredients included.
