Patagonia + Community Farmers Markets Present

Originating in Italy, fondo, short for “gran fondo”, is a long-distance, mass-participation cycling event.

Join us for a day of community, movement, farms, and good food! The event will begin as a group bike ride in the city towards Crack in the Sidewalk Farmlet, a community-centered growing space in the Lakewood neighborhood. Meet the Chef

Maricela Vega is a critically acclaimed executive chef, food researcher, and ardent steward of culinary traditions. This spring, she’ll be crafting an unforgettable farm-fresh dinner inspired by the moment and timing of seasons, in collaboration with Crack in the Sidewalk farmers and the talented CFM educational chefs Tatiana Gonzalez and Simón Suarez Páramo. Joining this stellar lineup is Kharis Ellison, who will be providing beverages for the evening.
