Voted the Reader’s Pick for the Best Outdoor Farmers Market in Atlanta’s Creative Loafing Magazine five years in a row, the East Atlanta Village Farmers Market is one of oldest Atlanta farmers markets. Providing local and seasonal produce since 2006, the EAV Farmers Market has been a long-time champion of the food movement in Atlanta. Featuring vendors, artisans, and farmers who grow and produce locally, the East Atlanta Village Farmers Market has been providing staples to the EAV community for over ten years. Whether you’re looking for bread, eggs, or vegetables (all sustainably and ethically produced and grown), prepared meals for dinner, or artisan goods like soaps and jewelry, we’re delighted to be bringing local food and local businesses to our vibrant EAV friends and family.
Located in a grassy park across from the Midway Pub, we feature chef’s cooking demonstrations so that you can taste local and seasonal food and learn from the masters. There is ample seating and places to relax at market, with an on-site Edible Learning Garden that offers garden education and children’s activities.
Dog Policy: We are dog friendly, but please have your pups on a leash and ensure they are well-accustomed to other dogs and children. Owners are responsible for picking up after their dogs. View our full dog policy at the bottom of the page.
Street parking is available on Stokeswood Ave and throughout the neighborhood, and you can also park at the parking lot behind the Midway Pub.
We match SNAP/EBT dollars with an equal amount of tokens for fruits and veggies. When you spend $10 of EBT, you get $20 worth of fresh, local food. Our wooden EBT tokens can be used on any EBT-qualifying food item, and our matching green tokens may be used to purchase fruits and vegetables only.
