Join Lyn Deardorff, owner/creator of The Learning Kitchen by Preserving Now, to help get you started on your own preserving journey. Lyn Deardorff has been canning for over forty years and teaching preserving for more than 7 years. She has taken advanced coursework at UGA and earned a certificate in Better Processing, enabling her to create and sell artisan organic foods at The Learning Kitchen. She has also earned her Master Food Preserver Certificate from Cornell University Extension Service in New York.
