Demonstrated at the East Atlanta Village Farmers Market on June 30, 2016
- Tomatoes from Jody’s Farm
- Garlic from Jody’s Farm
- Basil from Cosmos Organic Farm
- Carrot pumpkin-seed bread from La Calavera Bakery
- Salt and pepper
- Add all ingredients to food processor and blend to good consistency.
- Season to taste.
- Chill for an hour.
- Bowl and add sliced bread on side.
