Recipe: Kohlrabi Slaw

Ingredients:

Vegetables

Dressing

  • Duke’s Mayonnaise (or vegan mayonnaise)
  • Honey
  • Juice of half of a Lemon
  • Splash of Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions:

  1. Matchstick cut all vegetables or shred in food processor.
  2. Create dressing by combining the ingredients above. 
  3. Mix the vegetables with the dressing. Refrigerate an hour or overnight.
