Recipe: Fresh Summer Salad

Directions:

  1. Dice beets very small
  2. Spiralize cucumbers
  3. Chop basil and peaches
  4. Mix beets, cucumbers, basil, and peaches together with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
