For our May classes with the parents and older adults at the Decatur Housing Authority, we focused on strawberries – the first fruit of the season!

We worked together to create three recipes… A strawberry salad with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette, A quick and easy strawberry jelly(with homemade whipped cream!), and, Strawberry Lemonade with REAL strawberries and lemons.
